Wild Acre Wellbeing exists to help people discover a calmer and even joyful way to navigate the complexities of life in the 21st century without hiding from the challenges and difficulties.

 

While studying for a MSC in mindfulness and compassion and with over 5 years of previous experience and certified teacher training, Belinda provides a warm and inclusive space in which to explore the profoundly helpful and transformative tools of mindfulness and compassion work. Whether you are brand new to these concepts or have a lot of experience integrating them into your life, there will be a class that is just right for you. The 1-1 classes, in particular, offer an experience tailored around exactly your preferences, learning styles and requirements.
